ACR
1. Short for Absolute Cell Reference, ACR is a spreadsheet cell that does not change regardless of its attributes. For example, the A2 cell as shown in the below picture would be considered an absolute cell reference. A2 is a cell that can be referenced or copied by other cells or spreadsheets without affecting the value A2.The opposite of an absolute cell reference is a relative cell reference.
2. Short for Attenuation Crosstalk Ratio, ACR is a measurement performed in decibels that verify a signal transmitted on a shielded or unshielded twisted-pair cable has no errors. 3. Short for Actual Cell Rate, ACR with ATM is a measurement of how many cells a second can be sent over an ATM network. 4.
